The elephant in the room

^^At least you had the respect of starting another overreaction thread before hijacking someone elses overreaction thread, amirite?

Except that I don't think that my thread is an overreaction, more like my personal opinion. That's why I was looking for more input on the subject.

One thing is very likely, if the Jazz won't battle for the playoffs very soon, Hayward could not pick up the player option in 2017/18 season.

He's probably not picking it up anyways. But that has a lot more to do with him wanting to make a **** ton of money and a lot less to do with what team he plays for.

Karl Malone likes Gordon Hayward. Karl Malone thinks that Gordon will be an All-star this season. Karl Malone knows. Ask me, call Karl Malones flip phone and ask. Gordon is no elephant, he is Tomb Raider, like that Salt lady. Karl Malone endorses Gordon Hayward to both the LOL All Star Game and the NBA All Star Game.

I don't know how I feel about you

I'm worried about Rudy the most. BY FAR. It's very easy to let **** get to your head and grow a vastly-oversized ego when the press clippings about you for six months were overwhelmingly glowing. It makes it tougher to want to work hard. It's tougher to hustle in games. It's tougher to play with a chip on your shoulder. It's tougher to play angry.

This is a legit concern and my biggest hope is that Quin will let some mediocre play go on for a couple weeks (maybe 8-10 games), call these young pups into his office, set them straight, and tell them to go play like ****ing men. Then, they will.

Same here. I tend to not care about the pre-season, but Rudy looks dead out there right now. The one thing that makes me worry a little less is that he tends to play with a chip on his shoulder, so I think Quin calling him out can get that chip back on his shoulder.
