The House That VANDER BILT!

He's not as bruising as Favors but hopefully he can do some of the things Favs did (easy inside points, rebounding, paint clogger).

Vando was in a near perfect situation in MIN to succeed, and he was a good defender to be sure. I think some people are going to get a reality check about how good the team we just blew up was. But the beauty of tanking is that you never lose…people love that.

We actually have a wing that can finish at the rim, and guard the likes of LBJ Leonard and others of that ilk.

I’m excited to see how he develops as a player here. I don’t know what kind of worker he is but if he’s anything close to the worker Rodman was he’ll do well. At the very least I hope he can develop a mid range game.

Kid should be working on his shooting hours a day. If we go full tank, give him the green light. 4-5 attempts per game.

So dude has a great motor, has good handles, is a good passer, is a great defender, can play small ball 5, and cant shoot.
Sounds kind of like draymond. Does he have that kind of potential?

Yes, I think he does. Without the head case issues. Which may not be a good thing. JV is young and will continue to get better. Three years from now, we will be talking about how fortunate we were getting him. But his going to get paid in two years. He wasn't a casual throw in and some are making him out to be.

But Vanderbilt can dribble at least
kid was supposed to be a draymond type of facilitator coming out of the college but was limited to garbage man only in denver and minny. since we are tanking we should give him some freedom on that end. worst case scenario our offense totally sucks which is good for the tank
