The Ignore Function

Reported. You're disgusting.
Anyway.. I've never understood the ignore feature. Between two sites I have 100k posts and have never put anyone on ignore. Very rich for Cy to ignore anyone.

Im liking the new ignore feature on the desktop version. Hack, Boris, and Dutch have been much more tolerable.
Less safe space and more I just dont want to waste my time responding to certain people. I dont "ignore" people I disagree with.
I don't know how I feel about that. Kind of defeats the purpose, no?

Perhaps. Usually there are posts in the thread by people you don't ignore so hiding those would also be against the primary purpose, right? At some point, can't block everything I believe but if enough feel strongly about not seeing ANYTHING in a thread that happened to be started by an ignored user, chime in. Game threads would suck for some

I think the ignore function is dumb on its face.
Join a message board.
Ignore people.
Complain the more people need to be ignored....
Maybe go on a hike, brew some beer, spend some time with your family...
