The Lab Virus: WLV19

It is looking like the reality is we will never know where this virus came from. There is not enough information about it and I dont see that changing since a lot of the information is gone now. It does seem like most scientists who have had a small chance to study it think its most likely from an animal and that is definitely possible. But there is a chance is accidently leaked from a lab researching this. I think the important part of the lab is its purpose that has been pretty transparent, they were trying to prevent future outbreaks, especially after SARS. It does seem it was not up to quality standards and its a real possibility. There is no record of the virus we have know being discovered in this lab from detailed records, but I would not put it past China to cover that somehow.

But the reality is it doesn't really change anything about the situation. The only thing it could change is preventing other ones.

What an awful take. Of course they can figure out where this virus came from, it will be much easier if all parties involved cooperate. We already have a defector scientist from the lab in asylum who says they created the virus.

My question is, was Obama approving the safety measures days before he left office, enough to allow funding of a global bioweapon. Also, did Trump have any knowledge of GOF research being restarted.

It does matter, if it comes out that the US was funding GOF research in China, if China was doing this on its own. That would mean NIH lied, the CDC, WHO, Dr. Faucci. They all lied to the American people if GOF research was taking place with US taxpayers money.

Otherwise, it came from a Wuhan wet market in China from some bats....and they all told the truth.

Faucci's emails were just released under FOIA and it looks like Moderna had a patent that matched the virus years before the COVID outbreak.

Sorry Hax0rs but this is a nothing-burger. The Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines are essentially the synthesized S-2P protein with some stuff to protect it. The S-2P protein is the S-Spike from SARS-CoV-2 that has been altered in a way to keep it pinned in the closed position. Other than that one tiny change, it is the SARS-CoV-2 S-Spike.

The whole idea is that it is supposed to look to the immune system exactly like a SARS-CoV-2 S-Spike. These S-2P proteins are injected and they are taken up by the dendritic cells which display the S-2P proteins on their coats, and the dendritic cells parade around like they are SARS-CoV-2 to teach the immune system what a SARS-CoV-2 looks like. That the S-2P looks so genetically identical to the SARS-CoV-2 S-Spike is why the vaccines are so effective.

The team that developed the S-2P is out of the University of Texas at Austin. I don’t think there is any conspiracy they had advanced information in order to develop it so quickly. I think the UT Austin researchers were just that good.

You forgot trump. He lied to the American people when he said it would just magically go away.

And who cares who created it or lied about it anyway? According to trump it was simply a nothingburger and wasn't dangerous at all anyways.

What’s more rare than a 19bp Furin cleavage site is a CEO as the lead author of a patent.

Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel (now a billionaire equity shareholder) was previously CEO of bioMérieux. bioMérieux's founder, Alain Mérieux, is a personal friend of Xi Jinping, & he helped build the P4 lab in Wuhan.
