This thread has taken a unique turn. The difference a word makes. 
I think that there is some confusion because of the difference between ethnic Croatians and Croatian citizens.
Citizens of Croatia and include ethnic Croats (90.4%), Serbs (4.4%), Bosniaks (0.73%) and others
Citizens of Bosnia include ethnic Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats (not sure about percentages, but that is the correct order)
So Bogey was born in pre-war Yugoslavia (country that no longer exists) that became the country of Bosnia, at which point he was an ethnic Croatian and citizen of the country of Bosnia.
Today Bogey may be a dual citizen or a Croatian citizen, this part is unclear. But he plays international basketball for Croatia.
In the Balkans, it is all very complicated.

No offense fellow turbanites, but I worship at the alter of Nikola Mirotic. All praise be unto him. Dear diary,
