An NBC reporter on Twitter just announced Trump's Secretary of Defense Mike Esper will be tendering his resignation.

Trump looking to use the military to stop vote counts?

I think he is saying that dude quit cause he wouldn't be a part of it. It being using the military to influence the election in Trump's favor
