I honestly came into this thread thinking it was going to be an open invite to kick it mad style. Like, hang and JO with a bro.
 
true story, I'm trying to kick a sex addiction. I blame growing up in SLC -- lots of beautiful women and all the taboos. When I left town I met too many hot, fun nymphos. It was never a bunch of one-nighters, but for a long time it was somewhere between 3-7 girls that knew we weren't monogamous and brought a lot of repeat business.

This was great fun for a long time, but it started dominating my thoughts. I was always scanning. I'm surprised how exhausting that gets.
 
I once stopped drinking soda pop for a year, just to see if I could. I did, and it made me feel a lot better. Less fatigue, and lost a few pounds w/o even trying (even though I usually drink diet soda). Of course, I went back to it for a while, but gave it up again this last New Years. Haven't had one for 4 months.

But food is my main demon. I overeat very easily. Plus my wife has a little side business where she makes custom cakes and candy. This doesn't help.
