That this was no surprise. Trump wants his wall and so do the ones who voted for it. That fiscally a wall might actually save billions that we spend on illegal immigration annually. Again, I personally don't care about a wall but the wall is one of Trumps main platforms and he's getting no help from the left. To me he's doing what he has to. Just as Obama did with his Obamacare that the right didn't want.

Most illegal immigrants don’t enter the country illegally. They overstay their legal visas. So a wall isn’t going to save illegal immigration costs.
