This seems like an admission of failed Republican leadership: what have they been waiting for on infrastructure? (they controlled congress and POTUS for 2 years and there are a fair number of Dems who support this). And border security: they built 3 miles of new wall in 3 years. This dude couldn't lead his way out of a wet paper bag.

Ironically, Trump cultists remain fixated on hatred of HRC and BHO, while whining incessantly when anyone criticizes their Dear Leader, which they dismiss as based on hating the dude (when it is clearly his incompetence that is the issue).
