I honestly don't care. As I've said this isn't the worst thing a President has done. I honestly believe that. I think it's pretty petty actually.

Btw it's being investigated. Democrats are
also calling for impeachment without any sort of lawful due process for about the 5th or 6tg time. That's my issue. They can put a vote on the table but they won't. I'm fine with the investigation even though it's a farce.

And if you think the only reason the trumpsters keep obsessing over HRC is because some of her followers do not accept the election results then you must be living in a cave.

Also this is in fact the first time democrats have actually begun an impeachment inquiry.

For someone who spends a lot of time talking about politics you'd think you would have managed to learn a thing or two about it by now.

I see you guys are starting to get angry again so I'm out for the night. It was good while it lasted. I mean that.

The presidency is collapsing. As his power wanes the rats will jump ship. Some in the White House will testify truthfully. Impeachment is virtually ensured. Some republican senators who want to look their grandkids in their eyes may actually vote to convict.

“Winning”

The disastrous presidency going down in flames was one of the most foreseeable outcomes in history.

We are a great country and the patriots will be in charge again soon and the rats will scurry off and crawl back under their rocks.

You mean the "patriots" who want to repeal the 2nd amendment? And the first amendment? And probably many more amendments?

You mean the same people marching in the streets with communist flags? Those patriots?

What about the "patriots" clammering for a socialist country?

Or what about the "patriots" trying to undo the election of a duly elected president?

Or what about the "patriots" colluding with the media and spreading lies about POTUS?

What about that Patriot Hillary advocating shredding the constitution?

So, how long should impeachment proceedings take, from the beginning of the investigation to the final vote?

In Clinton's case, it was about 6 months (the Starr Report came out in September, he was impeached by the house in December, and then acquitted in the senate in February). With Nixon, it was about 7 months, although that was just from when the formal impeachment inquiry began, and, of course, it never reached a vote.

They started this 2 weeks ago.
