Yes, Presidents are judged largely on the economic situation. They shouldn't be to the extent they are unless you can draw a clear line from their actions to specific economic results. But it is what it is.I agree with you but to act as if presidents are not judged hard based off of economic circumstances in the country is just not logical. They all are, just like they are judged by wars and socioeconomic issues.
It all stops at whoever's sitting in the White House, good or bad.
