Dallas signing Calderon. If they can pick up a little help they get into the playoffs.
 
2012, 2013, 2014, 2017??? I hate the warriors (except for their beat writer Tim Kawakami sp?). But I guess that I like that it gives me a distraction when the jazz are down, but I can't wait for the day when I cheer for my Jazz to win and not for Wurrios to lose.
 
OK Guys so who's gonna be playing for the GSW next year?

Curry
Thompson
Iguodala/Barnes
Lee
Bogut

Compared to last year:

- Carl Landry likely GONE

- Jarrett Jack likely GONE

- The "surprise element" is GONE

- Iggy is more or less a more experienced Barnes, so it's not much of an improvement

West's standing would likely be like this:

1. OKC
2. Spurs
3. HOU
4. Memphis
5. Clippers
6. Denver
7. GSW
8. Portland/DAL/Lakers

=========================================

Having said all that, my prediction is we'll get GSW #21 pick once again..

I don't wish injury on anyone, but if there was a team and fan base that deserved it, it would be the Golden State Tankers.
 
Warriors will be anywhere from 6th-8th even if healthy. If Curry or Bogut get injured they fall out of playoffs easily.

Also Warriors sneaked up on everyone last year. The scouting reports will be out on all of these players. They won't be catching anyone off guard next year.

My guess is honestly they will fall out of playoff race. I don't see Curry and Bogut making it through the season. And I think Iggy is overrated and the bench sucks now.

Me too, but I'm trying to temper my expectation... Landry & Jack added 5 wins last year IMO with their contribution off the bench. If you take 5 wins off the GSW last year, you're looking at #16 pick.

I think that's pretty realistic....
 
If this trade turns into a top 14 pick in one of the most loaded drafts ever, this will be one of the greatest trades in Jazz history.

If the pick somehow lands the Jazz either Wiggins or Parker, they might as well change the name of ESA to the Dennis Lindsey is ****ing Awesome Solutions Arena.
