Just to show ya how plumb stoopid I is, I caint understand if the first two sentences there are supposed to provide evidence for, or against, the last sentence.

Takes some special effort to combine three posts to find an infraction, "in combination," I spoze. Shows ya how diligent the mods is. When Kicky announces, as a matter of fact, that EVERYONE wants me banned, and then I git this the next day, ya know they doin they duty.

I thought I was pretty clear, Slopper. Again, if you've got a problem with me, send me a PM and let me know about it. You've done been told twice.
 
Dan and me, we long-time homeys, eh? Oops, I take that back. Next thang ya know, Dan will be gittin his self infractions if that gits round.

Actually we gave you a break. Any of the three could have gotten you an infraction, although they had varying vote levels. If we had given you an infraction for all three or even two of three (my recollection without looking it up was that you were in danger of this) you would have received a permanent ban for getting five infractions. Instead we chose to group three separate reports together and give you a single infraction after one of them hit the necessary level, ending voting on the other posts and eliminating the possibility that you would be permanently banned on the spot.

All said, I am growing weary of constant grousing by those who push the envelope conciously and then act surprised and victimized when they're slapped on the wrist.

Hopper specifically has been warned about backseat moderating and arguing with moderators previously. Given that you truly have zero wiggle room presently sitting on four infractions and five warnings trying to once again litigate publicly may not be the best course of action.
 
Slopper is a victicrat if I've ever seen one. Plays the role of the JF martyr with the best of 'em.
