The shooting has to come eventually right?

With a big overhaul of the roster and a lot of new guy and old guys play different roles maybe the shooting has just been off?

Examples:

Raja shooting 38% this year career 43%
Miles shooting 39% career 43%
AK shooting 42% career 47%
DWill shooting 44% career 47%
Al (not a shooter I know) shooting 47% career 50%

Maybe it won't make that big of a difference if they all shot better. But it was something I noticed.

I think that differance right there wins us at least 2 extra games this. 1. Vrs Spurs if big Al can make a couple wide up open layups and if Cj hits 1 or 2 of his missed jumps we win that game. (remember we were only down 4) We were also close against OK where a couple 2-3 shots could have easily made the differance in that game.

With that said if we don't start rebounding it wont matter if improve our shooting.

I attribute the shooting woes to the offense. We click in for stretches, but we have at least 20 awful possessions a game. When we're in sync, the shots get cleaner and percentages will go up.

For what it's worth, Raja seems to be getting more comfortable with his shot. He is starting to hit the shot off the curl with more consistency. That could be big for us.

Offense has been really rocky due to lack of adjustment time, and thus sometimes shot selection has been absolutely horrible. All of the Jazz players are still calling the team a work in progress, so let's talk about stats and offensive efficiency when March rolls around.

I guess after comparing last years records to this years, I feel more comfortable with the teams progress.
