The Shot!

Wont get into too much detail but I was in Kuwait and to me it felt like fate that I luckily was back on a base and was able to go to the rec room (for ice cream) AND that they had the game on, I was only there for the last 5min of the game but it was the best ice cream cone and sweetest victory I can remember.

I was 9, my best friend had left right before the game had started and we made a huge mess with my legos. I remember watching the game in my room while cleaning up the mountain of a mess. I thought it was over until my favorite athlete of all time hits that shot. I jumped and cheered and heard my dad from the living room cheering. He ran to my room celebrating. It was pretty awesome. I will never forget it
