Really seems like much ado about nothing to me. The story states that it's due to school construction that has created limited playground space. I think the issue is just as much the overzealous reporter who's trying to create a stir.

My thoughts exactly. This reminds me of all the dumb **** gun nuts out there that will spin anything they can into, "OMG, the Democratz are knocking on my door to take my gunz!". I grow so tired of sensationalized "news" and even more tired of the dumbass idiots that slurp it up as if it was gospel.
