What's new

This is so sick.

Ironically, I assume her name will be made public and she'll be completely lambasted and ostracized to the point that she too made commit suicide.

But the boy was at that age when he'll do anything for his gf...

This.

The kid probably had a bad past and was probably very co-reliant on his gf for affection and advice. Honestly, **** her for encouraging him to do something like this. Makes me so sick to read those text messages but I couldn't stop. I rarely develop hate for peoples and opinions, but this kind of thing is inexcusable in my book.

Often in our culture youth feel lost or confused, I know I did at some times. Especially due to religious standpoint I was brought up on. Sometimes all a kid needs is some love and support with no judgment, regardless of gender.

There shouldn't need to be facilities dedicated to reconnecting people back to our society, but the community/acquaintances should always be looking to include and support its citizens to better the community as a whole. Again regardless of religion and gender, free from judgment.

What a heartbreaking story. I hope that sociopathic bitch gets her tubes tied so she can't reproduce before she's thrown in jail for a long, long time.

Lots of girls tell guys to drop dead. If you do it, they just think you're weak.

I'm not sure if this remark is a subpar trolling attempt but if it's not, it shows a lack of contextual understanding.

Bullying is a serious issue... boys & girls that age, for them, things that seem insignificant for us are HUGE FOR THEM

Like this Japanese girl on CNN who was nearly driven to suicide by bullying.

I have to admit, I wasn't able to read all the texts, but I read enough to say it was more than her telling him to drop dead.

This isn't a thing where she got sassy and told him to go kill himself and he went and did it. This is a long discussion where she repeatedly asks why he hasn't killed himself yet, telling him that he had the perfect opportunity and that if he couldn't do it then he probably wasn't going to, telling him how easy it was going to be once he put his mind to it...

It's ****ing horrible.

OK, so I actually read the whole link in the OP.

I could babble about society and the implied messages of the political rhetoric of our age, or psychologize it or something, but I think the girl deserves the conviction for manslaughter. I'd say the same thing about anyone who encouraged anyone to jump, pull the trigger, do the curve at 150mph, or put their head in a gas oven. I'll leave it at that.
