Lets do it again next year. Man I feel privileged that my team doesn't tank to get better. I don't know where I'd be if they didn't beat the Magic by a final shot or beat the Pelicans without Anthony Davis. We are kings among tankers. Hey, teams like the Lakers, Bucks, Magic, and Sixers might just get a stud in this years draft. But, if it does pan out their fans will have the humiliation of knowing that their team didn't play their hearts out. Look at GS two years ago we could have had their pick. But, they chose to tank now they are contenders and I bet their fans feel horrible. Man we are winners!!!!
 
Well the point to dig from this episode is that this is actually the best Tyrone can do. But I doubt the front office guys will dig that.

Not sure I would refer to a 6 seed that is two games away from being ousted from the playoff picture a contender.

Might just be my opinion, but just last month we were looking at the 8th spot in the draft, I'm pretty darn happy even with these few wins, at where we are.
 
No matter who they get, Orlando, Philly, and Milwaukee will still be worse than us. Not saying I am happy about getting less ping pong balls, but our team is intact with several really good young players and we have another young player to get. Philly and Milwaukee have almost nothing to pair with their potential stud. I'd still rather be us than them.

Thats a tough one.
Wiggins, larry sanders, giannis is a pretty good core.
oladipo, vucevic, afflalo, harris, embiid is a pretty good core too.

larry sanders and giannis combined for 14 pts a game, on the worst team in the nba. Add Wiggins, who will (i think) need 3 or 4 years to grow into a capable scorer, and that team will (again) be one of the worst offenses in the league. I like their defensive potential and all, but you need both to win in today's game.

Thats why i said its a tough call.

Im a homer so probably take the jazz but there is a decent chance that giannis, wiggins, embiid, and parker are all better than anyone on the jazz in 3 years.

But the jazz do have more collective talent imo...... just need that one star player. just gonna have to win the lottery i guess

i feel the same. 3 of those 4 you named are in the draft, so here's to hoping we get one.
 
Curry became first player in NBA history to have 30 points and 15 assists in under 30 minutes last night against us. I feel like there have been countless league and season records broken against us this year. We've got that going for us at least.
