Just dumb stuff here, I admit, but ..

Combined!!! stats, 40min adjusted;

Sap+Al = 12pts, 6rbs, - 36.5
Favors+Enes = 18pts, 20rbs, +3.5

Favors had just as many rebounds as Millsap and Jefferson combined...

Kanter? Outrebounded MIllsap and Jefferson.

Hmmm...

Diaw: 11 pts, 6 rebs, 4 asists and a +41 in 28 minutes...

Kanter has been terrible against the Spurs main lineup. He got a lot of garbage minutes... don't let the numbers fool you. He has no business playing when the game is on the line. He can't even turn his head to where he should be rotating, let alone think about moving his feet. He is absolutely lost out there. One day he might get to the point Jefferson is now (where he arrives too late to do anything).

The stat I'm curious about is how many meaningful minutes the big three have played in this series. The answer is a more specific version of PAINFULLY FEW. And to think I thought Corbin had the balls...........

Kanter was basically overwhelmed by the pressure defense. For one thing, he let his defender push him out of the block. No way a guy as strong as him should allow this; this allowed them to trap and pressure him and force the turnovers. Once in the block, he must then assert himself better.

After watching the Spurs, I'm convinced that our spacing is responsible for much of our crappy execution on offense.

Yep and lack of movement and the few times there is movement it seems it is two or more players all moving to the exact same spot at the exact same time.
Spurs are a great team but the Jazz are making it harder on themselves there is no doubt about that.
