I would agree if THT had Brown's mental setup. Brown is willing to bend and change. THT still thinks he's a point guard. For the price (free vs. a first+)... sure its a better option. Let's get wild.

I don’t expect THT to turn into some kind of basketball genius…..but I think we should use him in the same spots as KO and Vando. Hardy likes having a passer in the top of the key area. If it doesn’t work…who cares. We would not have traded 3 rotation players if it was important for things to work this year.

Let THT and Luka have a competition to see who can fill that role better.

Not even a genius. He sometimes sees the game well and makes good passes. Its simply shifting his mindset from "I'm a pg" to "I'm a basketball player who is not a pg".

Also will still need to eliminate the unnecessary dumb shot. Just cut out that pullup three with 18 seconds on the clock.

THT is 1000% more entertaining than Luka... now that winning isn't the biggest priority I don't see a downside. Just make sure Tay Henny still gets 20 minutes a night.

KO is 15th in ast/36 this season. Hardy loves him some dribble handoff/find cutters out of the post. However you feel about TH, he’s definitely going to be better being the guy that catches those passes instead of making them. Someone gotta fill that role.

Look... Taylor is my adopted son. He needs to be on the Royce/Simone ball handling stipend... the less ball handling the better. Every dribble puts you closer to a turnover. The passing needs to be quick obvious passes. The ball is a grenade in his hands for now. The longer he has the more chance of an explosion. Catch and shoot or quick drive and dunk.

That's all he really needs to do on offense and he will still have value. Save his energy for defense and offensive rebounding a bit.

For reals! All he needed was a second chance. He will use those gorilla arms to good effect on defense! He’ll make the right read on offense. I’d bet on it.

TH should have a similar offensive role as Ochai…but I’m optimistic he won’t suck as bad.

Between THT, Luka, and Brice….I could actually see all 3 of those guys doing a little bit of what KO/Vando did in Hardy’s system. I would put my bets on THT doing it the best though.

Outside chance it’s Porter as well….but I hope we waive him. About 5-6 years late on acquiring him.

Whether THT plays SF or SG isnt really an issue. He can do both.

The issue is having 0 off ball wings. Dunn is the closest thing we got left.
