What's new

Timberwolfs at UTAH JAZZ Friday Jan 28, 7:00PM

Raja should take himself out? Are you kidding? Isn't that what coaches are for? Yes, it is.
I know he's not and wasn't saying he would I was just thinking (typing) out loud and I agree it is what a coach is for but so far he hasn't. It would be nice if the coaching staff and Bell have a talk and I don't care how it came to pass but that a mutual agreement came about that would limit his minutes when not playing well to around 20min a night.

The owner and the coach should have a talk, not player and coach. If it is obvious to you and me what should be done, why not to the coaches and the owner? But I suspect that Greggy does not have the cajones to do it, would likely pee his pants.

But ole Jer I think is never called to task by management and now complacency and comfort has set in. I see little indication of serious coaching going on this year, just a repeat on repeat of things that have worked at times but are not working now.

Bell sucked again.

Good win, Watson played his heart out. I really respect that guy. Started out disliking him. Now I appreciate him a lot. AK was out of his mind. Millsap decided to attack the basket again for some reason. Looked like his good self. Price held his own. CJ was shotting the ball really well looked energetic. Offensively Jefferson had a pretty bad night but it was alright.

I was not impressed by the win at all. They rebounded and shot better than the Jazz. The only reason why they won was because of all the turnovers the Timberwolves did. If they were playing any better of a team, I think they probably would have lost.

I'm not trying to change your mind or disagreeing about what would happen if they played a better team but they only lost the rebounding battle by 2 and Minni despite their record are a top rebounding team in the NBA and I was impressed the way Big Al went after the rebounds I only hope he can keep that intensity up while putting scoring effectively.

They won the game practically wire to wire. Despite the fact they could have won by more, they still controlled the game pretty much from the opening tip to the final horn.
