Timberwolves want Pau Gasol for No. 2 pick?

Jazz have been rumored to be trying to acquire the 2nd pick from Minny. is it stalled because the Wolves are holding out hope to land Pau?

Couple of packages have been rumored.

Pau for Kevin Love & #2 pick.

Pau for Beasley, Flynn, Darko & #2


Does Pau really have THAT much value? Or is Minny just hard up to see Rubio & Gasol together?

I guess that could be why the T-Wolves would want to do the trade or the other reason is that the Lakers are the one pushing the deal. The reason I say that is because this trade is so pro Laker that it makes the previous Gasol trade with Memphis look like a solid deal.

If Kahn makes that deal he is dumber than a rock and should be fire immediately. I don't think Gasol is better than Love and they want to throw in the 2nd pick. If this deal went down the Lakers would come out of the deal with Love and Derrick Williams.

There is no justice if that happens. It would be absolutely crazy on Minnesota's part.

I want the Lakers to rot with Gasol's $19M contract. I'll be pissed as hell if they find a way to wiggle out from under it AND pick up the #2 pick. BS

If that's the case, then why not Jefferson for Love and #2? Sounds like a great deal to me.
