Trade deadline discussion

Conley was playing hurt with the nagging hamstring. (Knock on wood) the yoga seema to be making a difference this year.

Conley is more steady on both ends of the court than Don, but Don, when stepping up, is on another level.

To me neither Mike or Don are the problem, but together they are the undersized duo.

Conley isn't a bad defender, but he's small. Bigger guards can just shoot over him. His close-outs on shooters are practically meaningless. He also has to push his body to its limits to defend well, which is why he pulls the hammy sometimes. I think he was pretty good in the Memphis series.

Agreed, he is above average despite his size. I think the hamstring was more about body imbalance and overuse, and I think he may have solved the issue with yoga.

Add undersized royce near this two and u got answer what this ream need..

I look at a team like the Kings that aren't going anywhere (again) and wonder if they'll pull the plug and clean house at the deadline. They'll have a heck of a time trying to offload contacts like Fox, but could see them potentially move someone like Barnes or Hield. Guys like Bagley seem like no brainers if they can make salaries match.

Boston gets Clarkson

Pelicans get Langford, Hernangomez, Boston's 2022 1st, and a future top 10 protected 1st from Utah

Utah gets Herbert Jones and Satoransky (expiring)

Boston desperately needs offense that's willing to come off the bench.

Pelicans get two first rounders, gets the Hernangomez brothers together and promising Langford.

We get the premier perimeter defender we have sorely lacked. We also save $10 million in salaries for next year.

Jazz cannot trade Clarkson till after Jan 19
That is Filipino night at Vivant
Instead of celebration there will be riots :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I legit think this would be a topic of discussion if there was a JC trade on the table.

Honestly don't think one trade is going to be enough to fix our defensive issues and make us true contenders. Multiple moves are likely needed.
