Favors was garbage when we got him.

Hayward was booed by his new fans because nobody thought he would become anything

Burks was 'too cool for school' according to Locke, didn't communicate well with his coach or teamates.

Kanter was too slow, didn't elevate enough and had virtually no basketball knowledge when he was drafted.

All four of them have thrived under this leadership where other places might have given up on them or never taken them in the first place.
