I don't know about trading him, but something has to happen. We can't continue to put players on the court who can't hit a shot. I say put him in the D-league to develop some confidence and then bring him back slowly. There is absolutely no reason for him to be getting 20+ minutes a night when he can't hit a shot.
I am good keeping Hayward and being a little patient while he finds his outside game (and hopefully a little better defense), but I don't understand why he is starting and getting so much time. He doesn't play like an NBA starter.... not yet at least.
