Maybe he's just better than Neto...Yeah, that ended up not being true because we ended up with extra cap space for giving Oni more than the minimum.
Injuries and he wasn't good enoughThis. I honestly do not understand why they gave up on Neto. Injury? He's played more than exum. Size? He's no smaller than Conley, and imo he uses his size better. No idea what happened there. They gave up a reasonably decent backup for a question mark.
How can he have poor shot selection if he shoots 49% from the field?Mudiay will go multiple possessions a game where he doesn't pass the ball one time. He also is worthless off the ball so by that virtue alone, he has the ball in his hands. His shot selection is also absolute garbage.
Again, if Philly wants to trade us Tobias for Conley that’s one to consider, but hell no to Horford.
Isn’t Horford making near max money? And if it puts Ingles on the bench, no thanks.Yeah why would we want a legit stretch 4 who is shooting 38.8% from 3 on 4.0 attempts per game AND could be a legit backup to Gobert at the 5 AND plays defense.
Well for starters, he’s improved his game substantially. How can he have poor shot selection if he shoots 49% from the field?
He doesn't have the ideal shot chart, but for what he has to work with his selection of shots is excellent.
It would put Royce on the bench.Isn’t Horford making near max money? And if it puts Ingles on the bench, no thanks.
Yeah, I’ve thought of Chris Paul and, honestly, I can’t recall any point he’s missed one of those shots. Has he? That said, still the weakest rotational link and will have minutes cut with Conley return.I'm not fully bought into Mudiay, but I do like how he plays. I really have unlimited confidence in Mudiay shooting the ball from 10 to 15 feet though. He's like Chris Paul Junior in that range right now.
