1. Agree with those who feel Chandler's price tage is too high for the likely return he will provide. On one hand - you can say "he's only 29" but he's a 10-year vet who will have alot of mileage in the middle and end of a 4-year deal. And don't forget the back issues that allowed him to only play 45 games in 08-09 and 51 games in 09-10. This just isn't the right time to spend for a vet like Chandler.
2. Millsap is as good of an off-the-bench PF as you'll find. I've really liked the idea of him being the guy Favors has to compete against for a starting spot - because nobody works harder than Millsap. He'll make Favors a better player, a harder worker, and a tougher competitor.
I know there's concerns because Sap said something to the effect of "I envision myself as a starter" but come'on, he's got some pride and what else is he supposed to say? Everything we've ever seen from Sap says at the end of the day he'll do whatever it takes to help the team - so in my opinion his attitude towards being a starter still isn't an issue until he makes it one.
