trade partners made in heaven: Utah and Detroit

Both teams are under-performing; both teams are installing new systems and have a few players that seem mismatched; both teams looking for better fits while focusing on player development.

Burke could go "home" and help sell some tix.
Jennings could help with Snyder's pace.
Etc.

Discuss & list your favorite Utah-Detroit trade scenario!!!

I'm probably in the minority that kind of likes Jennings, so yeah, if Detroit would take Burke and a lottery protected 1st rounder, I would do it.

Wait we have to add the pick or Detroit. Either way I hate it... I just may hate it a little less if we got a pick.

I don't see either team surrendering picks.

I'm not a big Jennings guy, but I take him over Burke. I think Q could use him well. I haven't watched much of him in a while... I'm assuming his defense is ****. Amiright?

I'd guess his d stinks but he can at least penetrate (if he's anything like I remember him being) and would and should be great at drawing defenders and dishing it to Hayward and others camping out at the three point line.

I like Trey a lot better... either guy is a placeholder until Exum is ready and I think Trey has been cool with Dante. I'd much rather keep Trey... he's a much better trade asset than Jennings is.

When you supposedly have your PG of the future offering ANY asset(let alone first round picks) for an inefficient shoot first PG in a system that relies a lot on passing sounds insane to me.
