i'd be ecstatic if we got Conley for Rubio + Sef, and whatever it took to make up the deal. Just can't see that happening.

I doubt anything will happen unless they can agree on a Conley deal, but you never know. There are some very obvious buyers and sellers this year.
If the Cavs were open to trading Love for Favors, Sefolosha and a 1st, I think it would be a good move despite the 4 years remaining on KL's contract. Rubio - Mitchell - Ingles - Love - Gobert is a pretty good starting 5 and you're adding another scorer that doesn't need the ball in his hands, who's also a pretty good passer, and covers the biggest area of need for this team.

For a long time I felt like it was a no. I felt like DL would think that our team chemistry was too good compared to the possibilities on the trade market to risk a trade. But recently I've changed my mind. Tony Jones is reporting the Jazz are being aggressive. Locke seems to be suggesting same in his comments. I think that Rudys emotions after missing the all star game may have spurred some action within the front office as well. I think that they might be afraid if becoming too complacent. I'm now getting the feeling that the Jazz definitely make a trade. I don't know if it will be something that we consider a big trade or a small trade but I think a trade does get done.

With a healthy Lebron, Lakers jump us 100%. We're not jumping anyone ahead of us. It's a toss up between us, LAC, and Sac.
Boo me all you want but if we stay put I can easily see us miss out. We're 7th place and only 2 games up. 5 out of our next 7 are against playoff teams and one is against the team that beat us by 50. To think we have a lock is pretty naive.
Just being real. It's not out if the question. This team struggled when the schedule was tough. This team is good but not that good as far as the Western competition.
Look at the entire schedule, not just 7 games. You're the one being naive.
