Yeah, I’m sure we could have easily done a straight Beasley/Vando for Collins deal if we wanted to already. Ainge wants an extra asset and Atlanta is likely running into the same thing with other teams as well. If a deal gets done it’s because Atlanta cracked.

Whoever gives up the best draft capital between ATL and NYK, I am happy to take their respective player packages (Collins or Toppin/Fournier).

Do we keep adding Wall to these Clips deals to make the money work? If we are taking Wall off their hands (which it sounds like they will just wave him otherwise), I'd want additional comp. Maybe thats where Mann comes in but I doubt they include him at all.

It makes the money work and we can just buy him out. His salary is non-guaranteed next year as he has a team option. Taking him is like taking an expiring not really taking much off of their hands.

Didn't @bigmike say that there was no way the Jazz trade for Collins? I believe he said he would "**** a goat" if Collins was a Jazz man. I'm pretty sure that's what he said. Word for word.

If we still have KO left over from the other deals, I would not mind moving KO for Thybulle and Korkmaz. Maybe we can get a second as well for taking on future salary.

Trying to catch up here, but based on skimming it looks like we missed out on getting involved in the Kyrie deal, didn't get a deal done with Portland to use their TPE, but everything else is still in play and being discussed.

Mostly a whole lot of nothing so far, correct?
