If they didn’t have cap to sign him then they wouldn’t have been a threat to sign him.
How is Miami in play for KD? A package that doesn’t entice the Jazz wont tempt Brooklyn.

Because no one expected an offer sheet this big. If Ayton signs at about 25mil a year then Pacers should have enough cap space. But for a 133mil max offer, they may have to move Turner’s salary elsewhere.
