Could mean that. Or it could mean that one of the players in the deal is not yet eligible for the deal (one of the Minny acquisitions, for example) and that they are simply waiting on that to consummate/announce the deal. (Or maybe a combination of both possibilities?).My guess all along is that they're working on bringing in a third time to take care of getting more picks/sending out players. I bet this is the case.
Or they might have made it up. I heard from a reputable source that 64.8% of everything you read online is made up. I think it was Abraham Lincoln.Could mean that. Or maybe the source is just wrong.
Good. Vanderbilt should be worth a decent return if they decide to move him. He’s a 23 year old starting caliber 4 on a decent contract for the next two years. I’d love to keep him, but if you can get a pick with limited protection, it might be worth moving him to a motivated buyer.Jake Fischer says the Jazz are asking for a first round pick for all 3 of Conley, Bogey and Vanderbilt...says that they are receiving more calls about Vanderbilt than any of the other veterans.
If DL were here and we still had second rounders, we could make a deal with the Cavs.Wonder if Bogey to the Cavs makes some sense. Go super big. Bogey at the 2, Garland at the 1. They need a legit shooter.
I’d rather keep Vanderbuilt and move Beasley if we have to but move Conley, Bogey, Bev & Gay first.Jake Fischer says the Jazz are asking for a first round pick for all 3 of Conley, Bogey and Vanderbilt...says that they are receiving more calls about Vanderbilt than any of the other veterans.
I think he’s better than whatever protected or 20-30 pick you’d get for him.If you can get a first for Vanderbilt you do it in an instant
