Trade Rumors Involving the Jazz

Latest from Marc Stein:

With less than three weeks to go before the trade deadline, teams regarded as clear-cut sellers at the deadline remain in short supply. Yet there is a rising belief leaguewide that Utah is open to listening to trade pitches for anyone on the roster not named Lauri Markkanen or Walker Kessler.

Sounds to me like the NBA trade deadline is a sellers market. That bodes well for the jazz. A lot of teams are going to put themselves in position to win and the jazz can help.

Mike Conley to the clippers sounds like a plan as long as kennard, boston, coffey, or preston as part of the trade and a pick.

Sexton I dont see being moved

NAW has grown on me and I think he could be a future piece.

Beasley is the biggest trade piece we have and is worth a FRP. To many options available

Clarkson is one of my favorites but it is time to say good bye. I think the perfect fit for him is the Bucks. He just makes so much sense. Not sure I would want allen back but a FRP is good preferably a future pick.

Agbaji I dont see being moved and I think he is a future piece.

THT is a good pick to get traded. I dont see him picking up his option so he could sign a longer term deal but you never know.

Fontecchio wont be traded and I hope he gets more burn. I like him.

Vando is probably the second best trade chip the jazz own. I like vando and he could be a future piece but he could also being back a solid piece.

Olynyk gawd yes please DA trade him. Please please. I think he would be amazing on the warriors. I wonder if Vando and Olynyk would be enough to steal moody, kuminga or baldwin. I would also like to get wiseman.

Kessler no
Markkenan no

Please tell me you’re joking.

So the team that intrigues me the most is Charlotte, currently second last in the east , which will be a very high pick , I can’t see them giving it up , but if they don’t get #1 then we can start talking .

I doubt they would be interested in Henderson , having ball already ..

Maybe our best trades will happen in the draft , not the trade deadline .

Except its Charlotte. They pick Scoot and start grooming him as an off ball wing next to Ball.

The second part of the season may be strange. Trade at dealine and i see many teams finally starting to loose to try to go in the lottery. For us, still ahrd to tell, will depend of what happen in the next 2 weeks. We may trade 2 or 3 players and tank hard or make a run. Time will tell.

John Martin Collins 111 is a controversial subject. His limitations when throwing the ball at the goal from far away vex analysts. In years passed, he was more successful in that endeavor. Strive, Sir John! For if thee Jazz exchange assets for you, we require utmost dedication to the cause of victorious Jazzness.
