Now Suns have two year window to compete and looking to get even stronger because they look like good destination.

OKC doesn't want to pay Rubio $17.8 next year. Hell, I don't either. But if we are going all in on this roster, we desperately need what these 3 provide.

Like I already said, their cap sheet moving forward is great. As it stands, they easily have two max cap slots next off-season. Ricky’s salary is not a problem and is gonna be a great team-builder for them in the interim.

Or he can go to OKC and hang out for a year while they tank... I'm sure he'd come back. Remember when Dan Gilbert wrote that letter about Lebron... then Lebron still came back... if he has issues with DL I understand but he'd still report and he'd like prefer it over OKC.

They were also smart enough to know not to let anyone walk away for free - it's the exact reason why if we're not committed to Rudy or his contract demands, ship him out now so you don't get an egg later on like Gordon hung on us.

Just imagine us letting both Conley and Rudy walk for nothing in summer 2021. We've already wasted 3 draft picks to get Korver who bounced after half of season, and if JC walks in a few days, there goes another 2 picks.
