Trail Blazers @ Jazz 8:30 PM MT: THE LOSING STREAK ENDS TONIGHT

I think we’ll get a win tonight. They’re coming off a game and we’ve been resting. Having said that, beating Portland isn’t exactly anything to crow about. But I guess the rebound has got to start somewhere. I can’t shake this lingering feeling that this team is fatally flawed and trading for Conley killed our chances of winning a title in the Mitchell/Gobert era. It feels to me like the AK47 contract that really limited our opportunities to elevate the Dwill teams over the top.

I had that feeling the day the trade happened. DL was right to go all in though, he just flat out picked the wrong tiny horse.

He was probably thinking of getting talent in here anyway he can get it. If you look at the Raptors small backcourt and the Rockets with CP3, it probably seemed tenable.
 
If the Jazz lose tonight, instead of making I'm no longer a *insert Jazz player's name* thread or I'm quiting the Jazz thread, I'm going to make a thread called, Why I am a Chris Paul fan and he's never drank pee thread.


That's how low this losing streak has gotten me.
