Non capped max needs to go along with no cap. If a team is forced to pay 50% of their cap to one player, there wouldn't be much left over for other players. On second thought, let's do it. Whichever teams are paying that much for a superstar are not going to be the ones winning titles.

That's the number one thing that would even the playing field. And that's what the NFL does.
