Well, NYC would be the ones driving the trade because it would be under the assumption that Melo is secretly demanding a trade (Knicks can't trade Melo without his consent).

Jazz could throw in more picks and Indiana could probably throw in a pick too.

So if anyone is rejecting the trade, it's probably Carmello since Indiana doesn't really have a great outlook on winning the Championship.
