Where are all the haters at now? The ones that feel they are more knowledgeable than professionals? BBy their own standards Lyles is an allstar because of summer league. I mean, if he sucks because he didn't play great earlier, let's hold the same standards that he's Lebron James Jr when he plays well

Or how about we wait until the actual season to act like we know something based of 5 minutes of YouTube.
 
As soon as he can guard the 4 on a nightly basis, then everything will come online pretty fast. Gonna have to be patient, though.

Seems like he is out of shape. That can sometimes cause u to not react at all. I hope that is the case. However he did look a million times better getting rebounds.

Are you trying to say that we should never discuss what we see when watching him play?
We should never try to predict what type of player we think he might eventually be?

That doesn't sound very fun
 
He's shooting the 3-ball with a lot of confidence. Really nice to see. He's going to be great playing next to Hayward. Gotta say, I'm a bit surprised. DL's got to be grinning to himself.

No I'm all for it, but reading the game threads its spewed as blind hatred for the guy. There's a difference between constructive criticism, and constantly degrading a guy. People are mad we didn't draft whom they wanted, so they look for any unfair excuse to put him down. It's being a fickle fan imo. This is summer league and he's 19, to say he sucks is laughable and tonight goes to show that maybe the FO knows what they are doing. To count the guy out, or to call him an allstar at this point is just overreacting.

He had some good SL games, and some bad ones. Its good to see he ended on a positive note.

Like I said we got ourselves an NBA player. Thats not in question. It will be interesting to see which player in this draft class
pans out to be the best choice.
 
That was awesome!! The next LeBron!!! Hell, LeBron will not be able to hold a candle to this guy! He is Larry Bird, LeBron James, and Rudy Gobert all rolled into one!!! I bet he can guard every single position and play every position too!! YEEESSSSS!!!!!!!
 
Seems like he's getting his legs as SL progresses. He's bouncier and running the floor better. I think it's more than just confidence.

So can I, never said you couldn't. I can tell guys like you (who were crying because Lyles, the 12th pick, wasn't as good as the first pick) what a baby you were being.

Again constructive criticism is not a bad thing. I'm not sitting here saying Lyles is going to be great, but to act like a 2 year old that never got his baba, is fickle. It's sheer overreaction, and somewhat hilarious to think you know more than professionals. IMO is some sort of inferiority complex.

Let me ask you this... The other day you were calling out his every mistake. I mean, it was every other post. Last night he plays really well, doing everything you and your basketball IQ said he could do, and not a word... Why is that?

Talk about being baby. And I already compliment him About a good game but if you want get technical are you familiar with the terms Anamoly detection AKA outlier detection? I can say to you look it up because I know your clue on this is so low.
