Trey Lyles Signed

Well Indiana jones tell everyone about trades he makes nba2k and next thing we have everyone jump and yell! I too get aroused by this rumor. I wish he did it and truth.

Not a big fan of this agent of his.... already trying to mess up the chemistry we currently have in Utah.

I'm fine with it. The Jazz wanted to wait for accounting purposes and his agent didn't want him to do anything until after the contract was official. Don't think it really hurts his development. The key for Trey will be figuring out his role and having him improve his physical strength and conditioning.

Missing the SLC summer league games isn't a big deal at all. Hoping that Exum and Hood skip Vegas, while Pleiss, Lyles, Neto and Cotton get some burn instead. Oh, and even though he's not a young guy, I think that Elijah Millsap should be playing SL and working on his offense during meaningless games.

Kevin Pelton and Zach Lowe seem to think it's not a coincidence that Lyles was signed after David Lee was traded. Would have been an interesting pickup, decent backup, although he can't play defense. Would have explained the salary cap thing as well.

Fwiw, I'm glad our management doesn't do things based on what the fans want to see. They typically know a tad more than we do.

An agent is not the coach. His job isn't chemistry.
That would be like being put out with the coach because he didn't go to bat for a player in negotiating as much money as he can for the player.

Yeah I know what an agent's job is but irregardless of that the only agent we've heard about any issues with lately was Kanter? Nobody else? And now Lyles'?

Does Rich Paul think he's a big shot who usually deals with LeBron and thinks Utah is like a small market team and he can simply push us around? This made me mad, honestly.

Too many to name, but lots of natives also, we try to stick to hardy plants that don't get diseases easily, cuts down on wastage.

I'm kind of surprised that the New Zealand Forestry will let you grow and sell a lot of non-native evergreens. And how many native evergreens are there in NZ? not too many, right?

Haha... unless they are considered pest plants you can grow and sell them. There is an inspection each year at the nursery to make sure you're not growing anything that's on their list. Lots of native evergreens but only a few popular ones that we grow and sell.. selection's pretty narrow depending on what customers like..

Ok. Thanks for sharing.

I spent a good bit of time in NZ..... seemed like they were hyper-conscious of non-native trees and bushes. But maybe that's particularly true of the areas in which I spend the most time (Coromandel Peninsula, and parts of the south island). You sell most of your stuff to urban buyers?
