Following his loss and J6, he was radioactive. In the space of four years, he beat back all of the prosecutions and won the election so thoroughly that Democrats are toothless right now. The Democrats had all the systems, had more than double the money Trump had, cheated when it became clear their primary winner was going to lose in the general, and Trump overcame all of it. It is fine to loathe the man, but refusing to see the plain truth of Trump's ability to work a political system is silly.

I believe the coup will be successful…in the planning for years, Executive and Congress in Republican control. They are all traitors. The leader of Project 2025 said it would be a second Revolution, and that it “would be bloodless if the Left allows it to be”.

Of course you want more. I’ve always felt you were a supporter of an Americanized specie of fascism. I’m not saying that as an insult thrown out in anger. You, MAGA, Republicans backing Trump, are fascists. Do you think “woke” Americans are just going to vanish? (I never regarded “woke” as a negative, since I’ve, personally, always equated “woke” with “enlightenment”, in a spiritual sense. It’s a very positive term. We should all wake to an enlightened state of being, in order to truly understand our essential nature). Never been a curse word to me. Ah, but it means something different to liberals and the fascists who hate liberalism.
See, here’s what you just don’t understand. Half the country is not going to just vanish, just shut their mouths. Intelligent people, who always understood that “politics was the art of compromise” know that change does not come in this fashion. Without asking for trouble. Idiot moralists instituted prohibition, and learned the hard way. If you and your MAGA compatriots think the MAGA described in that meme is going to “conquer and silence” at least 50% of the country, then you prefer violence and turmoil to the “Art of compromise”. But, that is one of the hallmarks of fascism, regardless of where it appears.

Be completely ignorant of history, in particular the past 100 years of Western history. Sleepwalk right through your own life. And, in the process, let happen, encourage events, that future generations will frown on. And History will be the judge……Let those who have eyes to see, see. Letting the blind lead the blind seldom ends well. And this movement, this MAGA, will one day occupy one of History’s most disgraceful trash heaps.

I've always felt you don't have the first clue as to what constitutes fascism.
What DOGE is doing is effectively waging a war between deep state actors. Trump won the election and unleashed his own unelected deep state upon the Democrat's unelected deep state. The pile of corruption you support has a multi-decade head start and literally billions of tax dollar funding. We've got Elon Musk with his small A-Team of data scientists and the backing of the single most dominant political figure of the modern era, who won **WON** a mandate from the American people. I'm happy with our team and I like our odds in this deep state war. I will not be sad to see your team's corrupt funding cut off, nor your deep state crooks booted from power.
