You cant be serious about ivermectin. It was developed for human use way back in the 70's and approved in the 80's. It's been administered in humans Billions of times. Billions! Nobel prize winning drug and on the WHO list of essential medicines.
Horses also drink water btw. Horses are also administered ibuprofen, tums, etc.
