That was so bad. trump isn't trying to hide at all how much he wants everyone to fear him. He is so jealous the leaders of north korea, china, russia. He loves that the people there are afraid to speak out against their leaders and how the leaders of those countries have so much control over the media.

Trump admiring Xi Jinping but then he'll whine about liberals being communists. Does he not know what Xi Jinping does with dissenters and those that oppose him? He does...and Trump wants that so badly.

Trump said Americans have to show ID to shop for groceries, and has to show his 'license plate' to vote. Does MAGA show ID to grocery shop, and do they take their license plates with them to vote?

He is flat out saying he want his cabinet to bow to him, which they already do. They spend the first twenty minutes of each cabinet meeting flattering Captain Cankles, which is what you would expect to see in North Korea or China, not the US. He may be the most fragile human being on the planet.

Never, in the history of this great experiment we call the United States of America, has It's chief executive officer assembled a more pitiful pack of worthless milquetoasts and shameless sycophants to be their administrative members.

All the suck ups dutifully laugh and laugh as he spews insults for his own people. What a circus.

Yep. The world is divided up among Strongmen. That’s how Trump sees the world. And the Western hemisphere is the domain of the American president. Hence Greenland. Hence Canada as a state. It’s as if our constitutional republic never existed in his mind. Our existence as a republic for the past 250 years is completely irrelevant to Trump. The world is the domain of Strongmen, and that’s all there is to it. And he has staked his claim to the Western Hemisphere.

So what's I think is nuts is the government shutdown. So are these workers expected to show up to work and not get paid?

So I was an essential worker but I was employed at state not federal level. If my employer stopped paying me, id not report to work and I'm pretty sure there would be **** all they could do about it because they have breached the contract by not paying. It blows my mind that as a public servant you don't get paid.

My brother isn't going to work and will receive back pay when the shutdown ends.
For him personally, the shutdown is kind of nice. A huge paid vacation basically. But he isn't living paycheck to paycheck like some are.

That's the thing innit? If people are skint it's going to press them. Im shocked they get back pay for not working.

Honestly I've got no idea what I'd do in that circumstance, I suppose you'd have to look at it as a job related risk Two Trump presidencies, two shut downs.
