Trump tearing down East Wing of White House today

Just like he's making America great again, he's also making the White House great again. Good for him.

Privately funded by the way.

This is pretty gross that he's tearing down a historic building. It's more gross that he promised he wouldn't touch the existing building and it would be separate. Gross that this seems to be the first lady section of the white house and this man hates women.

But sadly this isn't even in the top 10 of horrible things he is currently doing.

And again... Imagine if Obama did this. The right wing would have completely melted down. Also assuming we survive this guy elections will swing back like they always do. Are the right wing okay with all of the things Trump is doing as becoming normal and the left doing the same?
 
Fair to ask who the hell does Trump think he is? Not only building a ballroom fit for a king, but lying through his teeth about it.

The East Wing in 1906. The second story seen in the demolition photos was built in 1942:

The second story of the White House East Wing was built in 1942, during President Franklin D. Roosevelt's administration, to conceal an underground emergency bunker
. The original East Wing, a single-story addition from 1902, was expanded to a two-story structure during World War II.
