easy to say "distracting". It was a case of OCD, trying compulsively to get others to think stuff through. This site can really set off people with that problem.
His psychiatrist ordered him to stop cold turkey for a week, but he couldn't do it. Now that the problem has escalated and become clinical, the shrink said he should have the admins deactivate his account while monitoring his rate of trying to log in.
I decided that shrink was nuts, and decided the answer was to have a thread dedicated to nonsense, and just monitor my rate of saying serious stuff. . . . .
we all have to work through our problems in our own ways. . . .
