US Gives Immunity To Staffer Who Set Up Clinton Email Server

Do people think Clinton intentionally set up an email server at her house to undermine national security? If not than IDGAF.

I think she intentionally set up an e-mail server at her house in a preemptive attempt to side step the freedom of information act so that she could control the "truth". She deleted 30,000 emails claiming they were personal but when the FBI recovered the files they found that many of them were classified. Remember this is the Obama administration DOJ/FBI that is investigating an incident that occurred in his own cabinet. This isn't a Republican witch hunt. David Paetreus plead guilty to letting out classified information and I don't think he was intentionally trying to undermine national security. Why should Clinton not be investigated and possibly charged for a similar incident? Whether or not she did something criminal is almost beside the point. As a voter and a citizen I think it is another example of the kind of dishonest conniving person that she is.

Good Job Dems you could have had a Sanders/Warren ticket but you settled. Now the whole country is going to be left with the choice of voting for a narcissistic serial liar with a grating personality riding a powerful family name to the nomination or Donald Trump.

Unbelievable. Do you really believe that having two cell phones means that they are doing top secret government business on their non-secure line? Do you really think it's okay if they do? She was the Secretary of State. What if the US was sending SEALS on an undercover mission to Iraq, and she discussed details on a server that had been hacked by Russia? What if our SEALS were killed because their undercover mission had been compromised? I'm not saying that happened. I'm just illustrating that there's a legitimate reason that this communication should have been done, as required by law, on a secure server. It's staggering to me that supporters of Hillary are unable to comprehend why this matters.

Oh i get it, but non of that has been proven to have happened, and most likely will not. R's are grasping at straws to make up for the dumpster fire that is their own party.

Have 2 phones allows reps and politicians to do business and avoid GRAMA, aka Freedom of Information Act, requests and inquiries. You have an ethics problem happening right under your nose, everyday. But I don't see anyone holding their local reps accountable for that.

I guess you have no choice but to come up with logic like this if you have decided you're going to vote for Clinton.

I'll be facing a similar paradox if the time eventually comes that my only choice is to support Trump.

It's so pathetic that America is faced with such terrible choices when we have such amazing citizens. I watched the debate tonight and the only candidate who I can get at all enthusiastic about was frumpy Governor Kasich. IMO he's far and away the best choice from either party... and he's in last place. :(

Dude it is the feds under OBAMA that are investigating Clinton. It isn't the Republicans.

I'm voting for Bernie, so whatever. But if it comes down to Clinton and Trump it's still a no brainier. I'm not a racist piece of ****, so my choice is easy.

Are you really trying to make the argument that when all is said and done Trump>Clinton? Really?

If there's a possible security breach it should be investigated. People (Republican people) are talking like she's going to do prison time. I don't think that's where it's going. I don't think she did it to sidestep the freedom of information act or to subvert our national security. Maybe I'm just gullible. I honestly couldn't tell you any details about the situation because anytime I've heard anything about it it has been from people who are frothing at the mouth and blabbering about how Clinton is going to prison and I tune out and move on.

I'm referring to the voting public.

Better than trump is among the worst endorsements of all time. and...

The voting public should have higher standards than our justice system. The justice system has to prove your guilt but to the voting public you should have to prove your character. Can you honestly provide an affirmative pitch for Hillary Clinton? Srsly try and tell me why I should vote for her. Can you can up with a single affirmative reason?

My only reason I can come up with, honestly, is that she's not Donald Trump. I probably won't vote for her, because I'm in Utah and my vote for President doesn't matter, so I vote third party.

Why did she go to the trouble of setting up a private server in her basement? It wasn't convenience, it wasn't typical, and it wasn't because she was oblivious.

Honestly the Clintons are very Nixonian, except for some reason we have learned to accept it.

Yeah me too. It's either that or barf in my mouth, swallow, and pretend I like it.

I'm not a racist piece of **** either, so it's easy for me not to vote for the candidate whose social programs are essentially designed to lock minorities in poverty. I still don't think I could vote for Trump under any circumstance either, though, especially after watching his debate performance tonight. I just do not like that guy.
