As an Aggie fan, Riley going to BYU ended up being one of those things where it hurt at first but then you were glad he was gone. I still hate him though, if he could have hit a wide open Hoffman then we wouldn't have had to watch a crappy Notre Dame team get shellacked in the NC game... but that is for a different thread.

As for the game this Thursday, does anyone think weather could become a factor? I've noticed that starting Monday we are supposed to get some tropical moisture coming in. If a big storm hits and we get rain does that favor one team over the other?

I think rain favors the utes..... Big good O-line with a big running back + a young somewhat inexperienced qb (Wilson) and a defense with a suspect secondary.
I think the utes would want a grind it out, low scoring, run heavy game.
 
I stand in the Muss, bros.

I tailgate in "the pit" just west of the main tailgate lot. Usually don't start til like 10 hours before the game tho.

What board games did you want me to bring to the tailgate party again? I know you said Dungeons and Dragons, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and Bible Quest....but I can't remember the 5th one.

I'm always down, the only problem is with these Thursday night kicks, like USC was last year too, is that the people that I go up with usually can't go any earlier than just barely making it up there by kick. We'll see though, I haven't asked anybody if they want to go yet because I'm still debating if it's worth missing any of the USC game for, but even if I don't go Thursday, there are a couple more games I'm looking at going to on Utah's home schedule depending how the season plays out so there is a good chance I'll drop by sometime....or just go steal food from some of the Polynesian tailgaiters.
 
Utes will win. They are more desperate. They need this win to compensate for future losses. They lose this one and they almost guarantee another wasted season which will end up with a new coaching staff being hired. Utes must-win these games and then steal another game or two in the Pac-12 for this season to be successful.

And Mark Weber is going to hurt the Aggies. I saw him by himself slowly drag BYU's offensive line from being pretty good to utterly pathetic. I have no idea what the Aggies were thinking hiring him. Look for the Aggies to be just ok this year.
