More 80s Pistons ball...90s Pistons were all flash with Grant Hill (beyond the very early 90s, which was an extension of the 80s era Pistons).

Does anyone know why we changed up our entire defensive strategy for game 1? Why do something for 82 games and then change it all up for 1 game? Just curious, had this defense been successful before? Who used it before?

The Bucks used it against Harden when they played the Rockets two or three weeks ago. They had good success with it as they held Harden to just 9/26 shooting and they beat the Rockets by about 15 points.
