Quin is such a different coach from Jerry. He calls a timeout after the opponent scores on two consecutive possessions. Jerry saw it differently.

Sloan called a timeout when players weren't running the game plan, or the game plan needed to change. If Snyder called one every time an opponent scored on two consecutive possessions, he'd run out in the first quarter and third quarter.

But surely you remember how Jerry used to let teams run up 15 consecutive points without calling a timeout to break the momentum. I remember seeing Pop call these timeouts and would wish Jerr-Bear would do the same. I know Our Beloved John Deere went crazy when his players wouldn’t follow game plan, but I wish he could have been a bit more antagonistic toward opponents in this way.

Believe it or not, he does that on the final home game when we have a tough season. No joke. Everything except alcoholic beverages is free.

And don't think Dolan is a great guy. He's just getting rid of all the overstock. Last game of year...that crap has to go so he gives it away free.
