Utah Jazz Preseason Game #1 Sydney Kings at Utah Jazz Mon Oct 2, 7:00 pm

Agree with Favors point. I still think he and Rudy can/will work but we are going to be running everything through Rudy on offense and the role Favors will be playing is the role of a guy you pay $6-$12Mil a year too, he is basically out there to defend, box out and clear the boards.
It does work, but Quin doesn't like the way it works. He wants to run the 4 out system with a playmaking/shooting 4.

Exum had two finishes at the rim and a 3-ball. Plus his drives and passes were much more under control. He had a few great assists off of baseline drives, including one to Favors and one to Mitchell. Also, Exum ran the play that got Mitchell the open 3 at the end of the 3rd quarter. He's more poised for sure. His defense is right on his man's hip too. He looks like a rotation player now.

Sportscenter's highlights of this game consisted of showing Perry Ellis scoring two baskets. The ****ing disrespect, guys.

My thoughts

Rubio: I thought he broke the paint a lot more in the scrimmage. I don't like to see him floating around the perimeter as much as penetrating. Need to get him into the paint to get the most of him. Still had terrific passes and nice rapport with Gobert.

Hood: Deadly. Keep doing what you're doin.

Ingles: Had a pretty average Ingles game. I thought he'd force things a bit more considering the opponent. I guess he won't change no matter what.

Favors: Didn't look much different than last season, sadly. I was hoping for more bounce and hustle. I think It's time to set my expectations down a bit.

Gobert: Wow. Can he keep up this level for a season or will it be too strenuous? If he can play this well every night we gon be gud.

Exum: Looked very similar to last season. I thought he looked aggressive which is a plus. Needs to keep that aggression up all game.

Mitchell: Looked quite good. Some terrific passes. Some nice shots. Stayed within himself. Maybe one heat check, but, other than that loved his game.

IsoJoe: Unflappable. You can set your clock by him. Nice to have a guy you can trust to play exactly the same way every night as a coach.

Jerebko: Thinking too much. Might get better with some practice with the team. But, now just second guessing every move. Even so, wasn't too bad.

Sefolosha: Decent. About what you can expect every night I imagine.

Neto: He is a great 3rd string PG. IF we need more than that I don't know he's up for the challenge.

Udoh: I thought he was terrible. Like a Diaw minus the dribbling, passing, or shooting.

Bolomboy: I didn't think he was going to make the roster, but, this game makes me think he will. Impactful.

Burks: Made a 3. Seemed solid. I want a little more sizzle out of him though.

Bradley: Looks a little meatier than the stuff I saw pre-draft. This is good, but, he still needs to get stronger.
Helluva summary tbh. On point

Travesty that they didn't show the ingles to gobert alley oop. Imo it was about as impressive as anything I expect to see all season
