I honestly think WCJ has a better season next year than Keyonte.
He’s the antithesis of my ideal player type; inefficient chucker who has no interest in defense.
And the better career long term

same for me honestly. but he's still very young. everything people are saying about him is true. what you said here is true. i would just caution people against coming down too hard on a one and done after his second season as if that's who he will be in 2-4 years. guys get a lot better after age 20/21.
averaged 17 and 6 in his second season - on below average efficiency, but not terrible, and that's something he can absolutely improve in the next 2-3 years or so. if he can get that 54% TS (Jaylen Brown who people were talking about giving up the farm for - was at 55% this season) up to say 58% (certainly not out of the question), this is a 20 and 7 type dude on solid efficiency by the time he's 23/24.
he's a year and a half younger than Clayton.

I’m still high on him. All of the intentional losing has soured too many people on these young guys. In the proper role (6th man microwave), I think Keyonte is definitely a keeper.
can/does he play in the playoffs?

I honestly didnt spend a whole lot of time on WCJ, but damn, he is a really good shooter.

One thing I like about him is he seems to have that “it” factor. He just wills his team to win. It’s gritty. I like that attitude.

Such a great pick, especially on the heels of the Bailey pick. High risk/high reward with Bailey then they go with perhaps the best, most polished, NBA ready player in the draft.
